How we price — without the runaround
We don't publish a single fixed price because no two small businesses are the same. What we do publish is exactly how we think about pricing, what real businesses your size typically pay, and a fixed quote upfront before any work starts.

Three ways we charge
Most managed IT firms blur their pricing across hourly, retainer, and project work — which makes invoices unpredictable. We split it cleanly into three buckets.
1. Managed IT (per user, per month)
€60–€150 / user / monthOngoing management of everything: Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, device management, security tools, backups, support, monitoring. Billed monthly. Cancel any time after onboarding.
The price band depends on what's bundled. A basic plan covers core productivity, security, and support. A full plan adds endpoint management, backup, advanced security, and compliance work.
2. Project-based work (fixed price)
From €1,500 — quoted upfrontOne-time engagements like a Microsoft 365 migration, a security audit, an ISO 27001 readiness project, or a network installation. Quoted as a fixed price after the Discovery call. Once you greenlight, the price doesn't change unless the scope does.

3. Strategy & Audit (one-off)
Free Discovery · Paid deeper audits from €600The first 30-minute Discovery call is free with a written summary of where your IT stands. Deeper audits (full security review, compliance gap analysis, IT cost benchmark) are paid one-time engagements with a fixed price. No retainer required.
What you'll typically pay
Real ranges from real engagements. These are inclusive of licenses (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace), security tools, backups, and our management — i.e. one line item, not five.

Common project pricing
What we will not do
A fair pricing model needs clear rules about what's out of bounds. Here's ours.
- No surprise invoices. If something falls outside the agreed scope, we tell you in writing and quote it before doing the work.
- No long-term contracts. Initial onboarding aside, all managed IT is month-to-month. We'd rather earn the next month than lock you in.
- No software margin tricks. We pass through Microsoft, Google, and Acronis licensing at the price we pay — no hidden mark-ups on top of vendor pricing.
- No data hostage policy. If you decide to leave, we hand over your accounts, documentation, and licences cleanly. No exit fees.
- No padding the bill. If a problem turns out to be smaller than quoted, we charge less. Fixed-price projects mean fixed price — we eat overruns we didn't flag.
