Three ways we charge

Most managed IT firms mix hourly, retainer and project work into one invoice, which makes every month a surprise. We split it cleanly into three buckets.

Managed IT

€60-€150/ user / month
How it works

Ongoing management of everything: Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, device management, security tools, backups, support, monitoring. Billed monthly. Cancel any time after onboarding.

The band depends on what's bundled. A basic plan covers core productivity, security and support. A full plan adds endpoint management, backup, advanced security and compliance work.

Project work

From €1,500· fixed quote
How it works

One-time engagements like a Microsoft 365 migration, a security audit, an ISO 27001 readiness project or a network installation. Quoted as a fixed price after the Discovery call. Once you greenlight it, the price doesn't change unless the scope does.

Strategy & audit

Free Discovery· audits from €600
How it works

The first 30-minute Discovery call is free, with a written summary of where your IT stands. Deeper audits (full security review, compliance gap analysis, IT cost benchmark) are paid one-off engagements at a fixed price. No retainer required.

Useful when you want a second opinion before changing provider.

What you'll typically pay

Real ranges from real engagements, inclusive of licences (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace), security tools, backups and our management - one line item, not five.

  • 5-10 people
    €600-€1,200/ month
    What's included

    M365 or Workspace, MFA, basic device management, cloud backup, email security, support.

  • 10-25 people
    €1,200-€3,000/ month
    What's included

    Above plus Intune device management, advanced threat protection, immutable backups, conditional access, quarterly DR testing.

  • 25-50 people
    €3,000-€7,000/ month
    What's included

    Above plus 1Password Business, security awareness training, compliance documentation (GDPR / NIS2 / Israeli privacy), incident response plan.

    From an existing email host, including data migration, signature updates and team onboarding.

  • Security & compliance audit

    What this covers

    Full review against GDPR / NIS2 / ISO 27001, with documented findings and a remediation plan.

  • Network & firewall install

    What this covers

    Hardware procurement, configuration, secure Wi-Fi, firewall rules. Hardware billed at distributor pricing.

  • Backup & DR setup
    €1,200-€4,000
    What this covers

    Acronis Cyber Protect deployment, immutable storage configuration, a fire-drill restore test and a written recovery plan.

What we will not do

A fair pricing model needs clear rules about what is out of bounds. Here are ours.

  • No surprise invoices

    If something falls outside the agreed scope, we tell you in writing and quote it before doing the work.

  • No long-term contracts

    Initial onboarding aside, all managed IT is month-to-month. We'd rather earn the next month than lock you in.

  • No software margin tricks

    We pass through Microsoft, Google and Acronis licensing at the price we pay - no hidden mark-ups on vendor pricing.

  • No data hostage policy

    If you decide to leave, we hand over your accounts, documentation and licences cleanly. No exit fees.

  • No padding the bill

    If a problem turns out smaller than quoted, we charge less. Fixed price means fixed price - we absorb overruns we didn't flag.
